Ki = Energy

Reiki is a fabulous initial step onto the path of energy work. In Reiki, the practitioner is the “middle man”, simply standing in the presence of Reiki. The practitioner “does” nothing, as the energy is Universal Life Force Energy flowing through the practitioner (who has received Reiki attunements), into you. Opinions vary and my experience of Reiki is that it is a very gentle, loving energy. Remember, once you are attuned, you will always be attuned. Reiki doesn't “go away" based on infrequent use.

I am grateful to have completed ART/Master Training  in 2006 with  William Lee Rand, who is arguably the foremost authority on Reiki in the Western World.
